I agree with last guy, Natasha was terrible; she rushed it, and was the second very bad cut in a row at this site. Last one was Lori. Going elsewhere from now on.

This store is a service nightmare. I went in and signed in, two people ahead of me. I was totally ignored by all 3 employees, one of the employees finished her customer and then disappeared in the back and stayed there. I finally just left, terrible experience!

Toni was awesome! She cut my hair exactly as I requested, she held up her end of the conversation and gave an incredible scalp and back massage. Great experience today. Be sure to ask for Toni... this was the best haircut I have had in years.
